Devlune UG (haftungsbeschränkt) [Street and number], [Postcode City], Germany Email: [kontakt@devlune.de]
Full details can be found in the imprint.
2. Summary
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and all other files are served from our own server — no data is transferred to Google Fonts, CDNs or social media providers.
- The website runs on servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- We only process personal data if you contact us via the contact form or by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers in Frankfurt am Main. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log files are deleted after [7] days.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, optionally company/organisation, topic and message) in order to handle and respond to your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Form data is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the web server.
We delete your request once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Spam protection with ALTCHA
To protect the contact form against automated submissions (spam), we use ALTCHA. ALTCHA runs entirely on our own server: your browser solves a small computational task (“proof of work”), and the result is sent to us with the form and verified. No cookies are set, no data is passed to third parties and no user profile is created.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting our website against abuse.
6. Links to our products
Our products (e.g. OrgaSuite) are operated under their own addresses. If you follow a link to one of them, the privacy policy of that service applies.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply contact us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: [name and address of the state data protection authority].
